IR Optical Components

CLZ Optics manufacturing optical lenses, except optical glass lenses, we can produces Silicon lenses, sapphire lenses, fused silica lenses. They are a good choice for Infrared optics and Ultraviolet optics.
Silicon Optical Lenses,
The single crystal of silicon used in semiconductor has low absorption in the infrared wavelength of 1.2 - 7μm and it can be used as an optical element of infrared light.
Sapphire Optical Lenses,
Sapphire Optical Components are used in a variety of applications requiring high durability or broad spectral ranges, Sapphire, which is the second hardest crystal, features a variety of attributes that are ideal for use in harsh environments, including extreme surface hardness, high thermal conductivity, high dielectric constant, as well as a strong resistance to a variety of chemical acids or alkalis. For UV light transmission, sapphire is the best material next to UV-grade quartz. and sapphire transmission ranges from 0.15 – 5.5μm.
